What happens during a Treatment at Home session?

During a Treatment at Home session you can expect me to arrive at the time you have booked, so if you have booked for 3pm then this is when I will arrive.

I will need approximately 5-10 minutes to set up in a room of your choice. I will need space for a massage table and space to walk around it. I provide everything I need to carry out the treatment - all linen and any tools used will be freshly cleaned and sanitised before the treatment. If you would like me to use specific linen for the session, you are welcome to provide this. 

During the set-up time I will ask you to complete a client intake form which will include medical history and additional information such as current injuries or areas of focus for the session. The treatment session will begin once I have set-up.

How long is a Treatment at Home session? 

Usually each treatment session is 60 minutes, unless agreed otherwise - during this time I will do a consultation to discuss your goals for the session, provide soft tissue/massage treatment and discuss any recommendations for aftercare. Once the treatment is complete I will pack up and head off.
